Quick answer

You can control how often Opa reaches out to you, whether it offers voice, and exactly what it remembers about you. These settings are yours — they apply only to your account.

Open Opa’s settings

  1. On your computer, open Oparo Connect.
  2. On the left, click Settings.
  3. Click Opa.

Choose how proactive Opa is

Opa can flag things on its own — overdue invoices, new leads, upcoming meetings, reminders. Under “Opa proactivity”, pick your level:

LevelWhat it does
Silent — push nothingOpa never reaches out on its own. You can still ask it anything.
Moderate — essentials onlyOpa flags only what matters most.
Proactive — flag everythingOpa flags every signal it finds.

Prefer text over voice

If you work at a shared desk, you can hide Opa’s voice-call button so conversations stay written:

  1. In Settings, click Opa.
  2. Under “Voice”, turn on Prefer text answers.

You can turn it back off here at any time.

See and erase what Opa knows about you

Opa keeps durable facts about you — preferences, context you’ve shared — so conversations have continuity. You’re in control:

  1. In Settings, click Opa.
  2. Under “What Opa knows about me”, read the list of facts.
  3. Next to any fact, click Forget to erase it.
  4. To erase everything, click Clear all.

Tip: You can also manage memory in conversation — tell Opa “Remember that I prefer morning meetings” or “Forget my delivery address”.

Note: These facts are personal. They’re used only in your own conversations with Opa, never in your colleagues’.
