Plain-language definitions of Oparo terms.
- Add-on
- An optional paid feature you can enable on top of your plan.
- Client
- A customer record in your Workspace CRM. Clients can have contacts, projects and invoices.
- Contact
- A person associated with a Client or Lead — for example a billing or technical contact.
- Lead
- A potential client you’re still qualifying, before they become a Client.
- Oparo Access
- Oparo’s identity and access management system — roles, permissions and sign-in security.
- Oparo ID
- Your personal identity account used to sign in to Oparo across every workspace you belong to.
- Organisation
- The business or legal entity behind a workspace (your company’s name, address and tax details).
- Paro
- Oparo’s AI assistant. Paro can explain features, guide you step by step, diagnose issues and escalate to support.
- Portal
- The secure space where your clients sign in to view invoices, tickets and shared files.
- Seat
- A licensed user slot in your plan. Inviting a member uses one seat.
- Workspace
- Your tenant — the operational environment where your team works in Oparo. Each workspace has its own data, settings and members.
