Plain-language definitions of Oparo terms.

Add-on
An optional paid feature you can enable on top of your plan.
Client
A customer record in your Workspace CRM. Clients can have contacts, projects and invoices.
Contact
A person associated with a Client or Lead — for example a billing or technical contact.
Lead
A potential client you’re still qualifying, before they become a Client.
Oparo Access
Oparo’s identity and access management system — roles, permissions and sign-in security.
Oparo ID
Your personal identity account used to sign in to Oparo across every workspace you belong to.
Organisation
The business or legal entity behind a workspace (your company’s name, address and tax details).
Paro
Oparo’s AI assistant. Paro can explain features, guide you step by step, diagnose issues and escalate to support.
Portal
The secure space where your clients sign in to view invoices, tickets and shared files.
Seat
A licensed user slot in your plan. Inviting a member uses one seat.
Workspace
Your tenant — the operational environment where your team works in Oparo. Each workspace has its own data, settings and members.
