The first time you open your voicemail, a welcome explains how it works.
- At the top right, open the user menu, then click Voicemail.
- Click Call my voicemail to set it up.
- Follow the voice prompts to record your greeting.
Listen to a voicemail
- At the top right, open the user menu, then click Voicemail.

Get your voicemails by email
- On the left, click Settings.
- Click Voicemail.
- Turn on Email me my voicemails. A copy of every new voicemail — with its transcription — is sent to your email.
Reset your voicemail password
Your voicemail password (PIN) lets you check messages by phone.
- On the left, click Settings, then Voicemail.
- Under “Reset voicemail password”, click Reset.
- Your new password is shown once — write it down now. It takes effect immediately.
Tip: You can also manage your voicemail by phone: dial *98, then follow the prompts to change your greeting or your password (Options → Change password).

- On the left, click Settings, then Voicemail.
- Under “Reset voicemail completely”, click Reset everything.
- Click Yes, erase everything to confirm.
