Quick answer

You can listen to your Oparo Phone voicemails in Connect, with transcription and playback, and manage your greeting and password.

Before you begin

Set up your voicemail

The first time you open your voicemail, a welcome explains how it works.

  1. At the top right, open the user menu, then click Voicemail.
  2. Click Call my voicemail to set it up.
  3. Follow the voice prompts to record your greeting.

Listen to a voicemail

  1. At the top right, open the user menu, then click Voicemail.
  2. New messages are marked Unheard. Click Play to listen — the message is marked read automatically.
  3. Read the transcription under the message.
  4. To file a message away, click Archive.

Get your voicemails by email

  1. On the left, click Settings.
  2. Click Voicemail.
  3. Turn on Email me my voicemails. A copy of every new voicemail — with its transcription — is sent to your email.

Reset your voicemail password

Your voicemail password (PIN) lets you check messages by phone.

  1. On the left, click Settings, then Voicemail.
  2. Under “Reset voicemail password”, click Reset.
  3. Your new password is shown once — write it down now. It takes effect immediately.

Tip: You can also manage your voicemail by phone: dial *98, then follow the prompts to change your greeting or your password (Options → Change password).

Reset your voicemail completely

Important: This deletes ALL your messages, clears your greeting and recorded name, then issues a new password. This cannot be undone.

  1. On the left, click Settings, then Voicemail.
  2. Under “Reset voicemail completely”, click Reset everything.
  3. Click Yes, erase everything to confirm.
