Quick answer

You can keep a personal address book in Oparo Connect, alongside the staff, leads, clients and partners already in your workspace — and call, message or invoice any of them from one place.

Browse your contacts

  1. On your computer, open Oparo Connect.
  2. On the left, click Contacts.
  3. Use the filters to narrow the list: All, Personal contacts, Staff, Leads, Clients or Partners.
  4. To keep someone at hand, click Add to favorites, then use the Favorites filter.

Entries marked “From your workspace” come from your workspace’s client records. They stay in sync — you don’t need to copy them.

Create a contact

  1. On the left, click Contacts, then New contact.
  2. Enter at least a first name, a last name or a company.
  3. Add details as needed — the fields grow with you:
    • Several phones, emails and addresses, each with a type: Mobile, Work, Home, Main, Personal or Other.
    • Website, Birthday and Notes.
    • Labels, comma-separated, to group contacts your way.
  4. Click Save.

Add a workspace entry to your contacts

Workspace entries show basic details. To complete one with your own fields:

  1. Open the entry, then click Add to my contacts.
  2. Edit and save. Your copy stays linked to the client record.

Note: Remove from my contacts only removes your personal copy — the workspace client record is kept.

Reach a contact

Open a contact, then pick how to reach them:

ActionWhat it does
CallCalls the contact. If several ways exist, choose: Internal call (extension, free), Phone call or Voice Call.
Message in ConnectOpens an internal chat with a teammate.
Send a textStarts an SMS conversation.
Send an emailWrites to the contact’s email address.

Work from a contact’s card

For clients, the card shows “Workspace data” — open invoices, amounts outstanding, open tickets and projects — with Open client dossier to jump to the full record.

Under “Contact actions” you can also:

  • New invoice, New estimate or New ticket — created directly in your workspace.
  • Log a call — direction, outcome, duration, notes and an optional follow-up date.
  • Schedule an appointment — title, date, start and end.
  • Add to a project — new project name, deadline and description.
